New job titles are clustered against the role taxonomy on every sync. Titles that appear across multiple employers with consistent skill patterns become candidates; a human review decides whether they become a canonical role, an alias, or are merged into an existing role. We don't publish candidate roles automatically — that's how we avoid taxonomy pollution.
