What we collect
- Job data — from public employer career pages. This contains no personal data about you.
- Interview submissions — if you share an interview experience, we store what you submit. Email is optional, never published, and used only to contact you about your submission.
- Anonymous usage analytics — page views and events, without identifying you personally.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't require accounts, so we hold no passwords.
- We don't publish submitted interview reports automatically — each is human-reviewed, and identifying details are removed before publication.
Deletion requests
Email hi@aicareerobservatory.org and we will delete any data associated with your submission.
